Once your payment has gone through, you will receive a digital file with instructions. Follow the instructions and then Bob's your mother’s brother, i'll get to illustrating ASAP!

For specific deadlines (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries), please let me know before ordering to ensure that I can create a portrait for you on time!

Absolutely! Although my signature style for doing portraits is keeping a plain white background, I am open to creating backgrounds for any custom.

Please specify any background or theme preferences when placing your order, and I will communicate with you via email if it is possible to do! I'm happy to customise the portrait to your liking.

I prefer not to because it takes away from the finished product!
