Refund policy

Because each Meowy Post letter and digital product are created especially for you, all sales are final. I’m unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges (sorry! 😭). While I take care to send every letter with love. Please note that once it’s in the mail, I am not responsible for letters that are lost or delayed in transit.

For print-on-demand items (such as mugs, totes and physical prints), returns and exchanges are only accepted in cases of damage or defects.
