Shipping policy

The Meowy Shop offers three types of products:

💌 Meowy Post Letters – Monthly snail mail delivered with care from little New Zealand with free shipping! Orders close on the 28th of each month, and letters are shipped on the 1st of the following month. Delivery usually takes 2–4 weeks, depending on your location. Please note that while I take great care in sending every letter, I’m not responsible for letters that are lost or delayed in transit (I’m so sorry, no refunds!) 

📥 Digital Downloads – Instant access! After purchase, you’ll receive an email with a download link. If you don’t receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact me!

📦 Print-on-Demand Products – Shipped directly from my production partner or from my home studio in New Zealand. Processing times vary, but most orders ship within 3-7 business days but sometimes can take 2-4 weeks for arrival. Shipping times depend on your location and selected shipping method. Tracking information will be provided when available.
